What we do

Most of our work is landlord EICRs, HMO inspections and home inspections, followed by what those reports lead to: remedial work, consumer unit replacements and rewires. We also do PAT testing and fit smoke and heat alarms.

How we inspect

Every circuit is tested and recorded. The extent and limitations of the inspection are written on the report, so you know exactly what was and was not checked. Each observation is coded on its merits and explained in plain English, and an installation is never failed simply for being built to an older edition of the rules.

Reports and repairs kept separate

The report and any remedial quote are separate documents. The report records the condition of the installation; the quote prices each fix on its own line. You can take the report to another electrician for a second price, and we would rather you did that than feel pushed.
