What we collect

From the form: your name, phone number, the postcode of the property, the service and property type you choose, any notes you add, the page you sent it from and the time. From a phone call: your name, how to reach you and the details of the property and the job. If you are a landlord or agent, please do not put tenants’ personal details in the notes beyond what we need for access.

Why we use it

To ring you back, price the work, arrange access and carry the job out if you go ahead. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in answering a request you made, and steps you have asked us to take before a contract.

Who sees it

Enquiries are shared only with the team who quotes for and does the work. On the way, an enquiry passes through our web host (Cloudflare), an automation service, an online spreadsheet where it is logged, and an email inbox that alerts us. Where any of these process data outside the UK, they do so under the UK GDPR rules on international transfers. We never sell your details or use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

Twelve months from the enquiry if it does not turn into a job. If it does, we keep the job record, including reports and certificates, for as long as the work, any follow-up and our legal obligations require.

Cookies, fonts and links

There are no analytics or advertising cookies. The fonts are served from this website rather than a third party. Cloudflare may run essential security checks. Websites we link to have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email info@harroweicr.co.uk to make a request. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
